Cathryn Lavery and IJS, LLC use professionals and current practitioners from a variety of areas of the field. Agencies will be matched with appropriate speakers, researchers, educators, etc. as they discuss their needs. Consultants can be arranged first to see how agency and professional needs can be met and then stakeholders will have discussions with appropriate partners. All IJS partners hold PhDs, Masters, Licensing and Certifications. They are all active practitioners in the field.
